Is Apple releasing a $99 iPhone
There are rumors of Apple working with Walmart to release a $99 iPhone, although reliability of these rumors cannot be commented upon, but the facts remains if Apple does comes with a $99 iPhone, not only it will sell well, it may make Apple the most dominant player in Smart Phone industry (which by the way it is already technologicaly) but also in numbers.
iPhone is selling very well and Apple is gaining a lot of market share, but a $99 iPhone !!! There will be excuse for not buying it. Is Apple going to have the same phenomenal growth as in MP3 player space … !! I hope so .. and the more iPhones Apple sells the more money it tends to make from other sources such as AT&T and its own App Store.
Lets see how these rumors work out..
